The Right Room

Holistic Coaching

Empowering high-achieving women to find their voice and live in their purpose.

This is Where the Shift Begins.

You Weren’t Meant to Carry This Alone.

You’ve carried so much. You’ve achieved, led, held it all together—quietly unraveling beneath the surface.

When life rearranges itself—through burnout, sobriety, heartbreak, or the silent pull toward something more—it’s not a breakdown.

It’s an invitation.

At The Right Room, we don’t believe in fixing you. We believe in coming home to yourself through nervous system regulation, holistic and somatic coaching, and emotional clarity.

This is where high-achieving women come to soften, realign, and rise, on their own terms.

How We Hold You

Our approach is gentle, but exacting.

We blend somatic coaching, nervous system healing, and emotional integration to meet the complexity of your lived experience with clarity, care, and grounded support.

Through intimate mentorship or small, curated cohorts, we help you:

  • Unwind the internal patterns that no longer serve your becoming

  • Build emotional steadiness and relational clarity that holds under pressure

  • Reclaim your body’s wisdom, your voice’s truth, and your life’s rhythm

Every practice—from breathwork and guided inquiry to intentional stillness—is an invitation back to your own authority.

Not performance. Not perfection. Just a more rooted, embodied you.

This isn’t self-help.

It’s a reclamation.

Coaching

  • The Right Room’s 1:1 coaching is a private, high-touch experience designed for women navigating deep personal shifts—whether you’re evolving through sobriety, detangling from toxic patterns, or quietly confronting the truth that your life no longer fits who you’re becoming.

This is not a place for surface solutions.

It’s a sanctuary for excavation, restoration, and embodied re-alignment.

Each session is tailored to your lived experience—using a blend of somatic practices, nervous system healing, and guided inquiry to help you:

    • Identify and unravel long-standing patterns with compassion and clarity

    • Build emotional and relational steadiness that endures under pressure

    • Regulate your body, reclaim your agency, and move forward with congruence

You’ll leave each session not just supported—but recalibrated.

With tools that live in your body, not just in your mind.

And with choices that reflect the woman you’re becoming—not the one you’ve outgrown.

This space holds your pain—but it also honors your power.

Private coaching is limited and offered by application only.

If you’re ready to move from performing your life to living it fully—submit your request for a 30-minute alignment call.

  • Group coaching inside The Right Room isn’t a classroom or curriculum.

It’s a container—for witnessing, for regulating, for remembering who you are.

This is a sacred space for high-functioning women who hold space for everyone else—and are finally ready to be held.

Together, we explore the deeper threads beneath burnout, perfectionism, self-abandonment, and relational misalignment—not to fix ourselves, but to unlearn the noise that keeps us from wholeness.

This small, intimate cohort combines somatic grounding, guided reflection, and relational clarity practices designed to:

    • Dismantle harmful internal narratives in a safe, shared space

    • Rewire how you connect to your body, your voice, and your boundaries

    • Experience the healing power of being witnessed—in your fullness, not your performance

Each session includes group embodiment work, intentional dialogue, and nervous system support, guided by Hilary Phelps and rooted in emotional integrity.

This is more than a circle.

It’s a co-created space of collective remembering and individual rising.

Enrollment opens seasonally. Cohorts are limited to maintain depth and intimacy.

If you feel called to be seen in this way, request your alignment call to explore the fit.

  • This exclusive, invitation-only, year-long mentorship is for the high-achieving woman who has outgrown burnout, perfectionism, and self-silencing—and is ready to live, lead, and relate from a place of integrated power.

Rooted in somatic healing, nervous system recalibration, and deeply personalized coaching, this intimate container is designed to hold you through the in-between—the sacred, often disorienting space between who you were and who you’re becoming.

    This isn’t a program.

    It’s a private threshold. A reconstitution.

    Together, we’ll:

    • Unravel inherited patterns with precision and compassion

    • Rebuild emotional steadiness and internal safety from the body up

    • Reclaim the vision, voice, and velocity that have always been yours

With extremely limited spots offered each year, this experience is deeply curated and intentionally held—for the woman ready to move from performing her life to embodying it.

Applications are reviewed twice a year. Invitations are extended to those ready to do this work with depth and devotion.

Questions Are Welcome Here

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing.

Whether you’re exploring intimate 1:1 coaching, joining a curated group cohort, or drawn to our deeper long-term container, this space is built to meet you where you are—and support where you’re heading.

Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our offerings, structure, and approach. If something you’re wondering isn’t addressed here, bring it to your alignment call. That’s where clarity begins.

  • Group coaching is like gathering around a table with friends, sharing experiences and insights together, while 1:1 coaching is like having a cozy chat in your favorite coffee shop, where all the attention is on you and your journey.

  • Think about what feels most comfortable and supportive for you. Are you someone who thrives in a community setting, or do you prefer a more intimate, one-on-one connection?

  • Both formats cover a wide range of topics, from personal development and career advancement to navigating life transitions and enhancing well-being. In group coaching, you benefit from the collective wisdom and shared experiences of the group, fostering a supportive community dynamic. In contrast, 1:1 coaching provides a more intimate space for personalized attention, allowing for deeper exploration of individual challenges and goals. Each format offers its unique advantages, tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences.

  • Group coaching sessions are like lively gatherings with engaging activities and discussions, while 1:1 coaching sessions are all about you - your thoughts, your feelings, and your goals.

  • If you're feeling curious, open-minded, and eager to embark on a transformative journey, you're likely ready for coaching. Whether you're seeking to find your voice when you feel voiceless, uncover your passions and preferences, navigate significant changes such as transitioning careers or exiting a relationship, or gain clarity on any area of your life, coaching offers personalized support and guidance to help you thrive.

  • Rest assured, what happens in group coaching stays in group coaching - your privacy and trust are sacred to us. Everyone who participates also signs a confidentiality agreement before the first session.

  • The duration of coaching programs is entirely up to you. When you feel you've achieved your goals or reached a point where you're ready to move forward independently, it's time to conclude. Coaching is a self-directed journey, and you have the autonomy to determine when it feels right to end.

  • If life gets busy and you miss a session, don't worry! Each group cohort has a dedicated WhatsApp chat group where we stay connected and support each other with regular check-ins

  • Between our heart-to-heart sessions, you'll have access to online resources, encouragement, and a friendly ear whenever you need it. I understand that the path to self-discovery doesn't just happen during scheduled sessions. So, I offer unlimited text and email support, ensuring you have a compassionate ear and professional guidance whenever you need it. During the day, I respond within one-hour (usually immediately, unless I'm with a client) between 8:30am-5:30pm; from 5:30-10pm I try to unplug and spend time with my 6-year-old son, but I do respond as best I can. If it's an emergency, you can always call me.

  • In 1:1 coaching, the focus is entirely on you and your unique journey. We work closely to understand your goals, challenges, preferences, and strengths. Together, we’ll co-create a personalized plan that suits your individual needs and aspirations–awareness, accountability and action. Through deep listening, powerful questioning, and compassionate guidance, 1:1 coaching provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore, grow, and achieve your fullest potential.

  • Alongside our coaching sessions, you'll receive a treasure trove of tools, exercises, and inspiration to support you on your journey to holistic wellness.

“What I found was that certain people won’t accept me. And that’s ok. But then I realized, I’m not wrong, I’m just in the wrong room. I need to go to another room, The Right Room, where I’m accepted for who I am and where my authentic, true voice is heard.”
